Monoblocks

Made of galvanized sheet metal profiles and pressed-folded, are widely used in many areas from  yards, in the event, at the office, at restrooms, locker rooms, at canteens, farms, communities, for housing, etc.

The insulating wall and roof panels provide insulation of the rooms, equipped with standard and custom-made windows and doors, with wood flooring with a layer of PVC or other types of choice.

They are equipped with standard electrical  and plumbing system if required.

STRUCTURE
The structure consists of base and cover sections are linked together by corner posts. Galvanized steel, welded and protected with paint. The upper frame also acts as a gutter.

WALLS
Sandwich panels, modular, self-supporting, having both sides microridged prepainted sheet. Internal self-extinguishing polyurethane foam insulation. The total thickness is 50 mm. The panels are held in driving profiles with the function of the upper and lower culmination. The panels are connected by male-female joints sealed weather-tight exterior. The steel panels are galvanized and painted fire.

COVERAGE
Horizontal cover panels similar to those used for the walls. The roof can be walked on and the flow is about kg. 100/mq.

FLOORING
Standard flooring is wood with a layer of PVC. It 'can still choose from other types.
        
FRAMES
Standard aluminum frames with plain glass elettroverniciato, protection bars, locks, handles and rubber dust seals.
