Do you need a building permission for your products?
You’d better to have an opinion from the municipal technical department, because the rules vary  from area to area. Our technical office is able to prepare all necessary documentation (drawings,    structural reports, materials ...) to support your request at the town hall.

What are the delivery time after ordering?
It varies depending on model and type of construction. Some items such as  garden boxes and garage may be available from stock, on average, we need of 30 to 60 days after the order.

What are the installation time?
Garden box needs half a day,  a day or two for garages depending on the model, for sheds or other from 3 to 7 days depending on the size.

Is it possible to customize the product?
Our principle is precisely to adapt ourselves to the customer’s needs, with sizes, materials, colours and window frames.

Do we need a basement for your products?
Definitely stalls in cement stabilize the area where the support structure and allows us to fix  panels and columns with appropriate tiles. For certain structures such as sheds the use of bolts is also necessary. The information concerning the measures and the thickness of the stalls will be provided by our designer according to the area and ground. The construction of the stalls is the responsibility of the buyer with the assistance of our technician.

What kind of warranty is offered?
By law they are 24 months, once the assembly is completed for all the used materials.
 
Are the structures resistant to weather?
Garages and sheds are designed by a registered engineer. They must withstand the weight of snow, wind and earthquakes.  We release all the documents required to be submitted to the competent municipal  office.

Is maintenance necessary?
Our products do not require ordinary maintenance, except for the moving members (Guides, up-and over doors, sectional doors, ...).

We rely on groups of building material where possible.
